This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with CostCare AI integrations (including Meta/Instagram/WhatsApp) and/or your account data. This is commonly required for Facebook/Meta App review.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Backups may persist for a limited time, but will not be used for active processing and will be overwritten on their normal rotation schedule.

If you are an end-customer contacting a business that uses CostCare AI, please contact that business directly. We act as a processor for their conversation data and will assist them as required.
